Frequently Asked Questions About Our Medical Services


  • Are patients who live outside of California accepted?

    We are currently only able to see clients in California.

    Telemedicine services are available in any part of California (Weight Management Packages, White Lotus Primary Care Membership).

    At-Home Services are available in the Bay Area (including the South & East Bay Area) and as far south as Monterey County.


  • Do you see pediatric patients?

    Clients must be 18 years or older.

  • Does Ayurva Medical work with insurance companies?

    We are a cash-based medical practice and do not bill insurance companies. This allows us to see all different clients regardless of what their health insurance status may be.

    All costs are upfront with Ayurva Medical.

    Superbills are available upon request so that clients can submit for reimbursements through their health insurance company.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Memberships are required to be active for at least three months and cannot be cancelled prior to that. Must provide a 30-day notice for cancellation.

We at Ayurva Medical reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment or unprofessional conduct towards our staff or clients.
