The Ayurva Membership

The Ayurva Membership is for our Primary Care, Integrative Medicine, & Weight Management services (Aesthetic services do not require membership).


Through the membership, telemedicine services are available to all California residents and in-home visits are available to Northern California residents.


Single visits are available for purchase to non-members for a 1x initial consult & 1x follow up. Fees are transferred towards membership if you choose to sign up.


  • Visits

    Number of visits: 12 annual visits

    1 initial 1-hour visit, 11 30-minute follow ups

    Full face to face time with the physician

    Telemed visits within 48 hours

    In-home visits within 1 week

    Text access with your physician

  • Labs

    General Labs available. Basic annual labs included in membership (complete blood count, complete metabolic panel, a1c, lipid panel)

    Specialty Labs available (hormone panels, gi mapping, vitamin levels, etc.)

    Lab locations: LabCorp, Quest, Rupa Health

    In-home lab draws available**

    Insurance applied when able with lab orders; superbills available for self-reimbursement through insurance as well

  • Weight Management

    Weight Management visits are included

    referrals for a Nutritionist and Fitness Coach are available

    • $349/mo
    • When you refer a client, the new client gets $299/mo for three months and the current client gets $299/mo for one month.

Minimum 3 Month Membership Required


We are a cash-based practice & do accept payment through insurance. All costs are up front at Ayurva Medical. We are able to utilize insurance for lab orders. We are able to provide superbills for self-reimbursement from your insurance company for visits and labs.
