Group Bookings
Looking for a unique way to treat yourself and friends to a luxe aesthetic experience? An at-home group booking with Ayurva Medical is the perfect solution! Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want to indulge, our group bookings are designed to offer relaxation, rejuvenation, and all in the comfort of your own space.
Here’s how it works!
Reserve Your Spot
A nonrefundable $150 deposit is required per party which goes towards the event with items like beverages and snacks to keep your group refreshed throughout the experience.
Group Size
We require a minimum of 3 guests receiving services to confirm your booking, with a final guest list confirmed at least 5 days in advance. Each guest with a confirmed service is required to submit a nonrefundable $100 deposit that will go towards their service. We have a maximum of 6 guests receiving services per event.
Timing
Group bookings are available Thursday - Sunday. Parties may begin as early as 10:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM. For groups with 4 or more confirmed services, we recommend starting before 6:00 PM. The Ayurva Medical team will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time, for setup. We encourage guests to arrive within the first 30 minutes of the event to ensure the Ayurva Medical team has enough time to deliver the best possible experience for all guests. *The event will be cancelled if no one is available to provide the Ayurva Medical team entrance to the event location within 10 minutes prior to the event start time.
